Download and membership cases

Seven days, no questions asked, as long as you have logged less than a quarter of the case’s discoveries. If a case did not land for you and you had barely started it, we would rather refund you than keep an unhappy $14.99. Email help@mangrovecounty.com with the address you bought under.

Membership can be cancelled any time from the billing portal; you keep every case you have already opened, and any unspent case credits remain usable until they expire.

Boxed editions

A boxed edition is a physical product with a one-time code. If the code has not been redeemed, return the box to the retailer under their policy. If the box arrived damaged or the code does not work, email help@mangrovecounty.com with your receipt and we will make it right. Once a code has been redeemed the digital case has been delivered, so a redeemed box is handled case by case rather than by blanket refund.
