Download and membership cases

Seven days, no questions asked, as long as you have logged less than a quarter of the case's discoveries. If a case did not land for you and you had barely started it, we would rather refund you than keep an unhappy $14.99. Email help@mangrovecounty.com with the address you bought under.

Membership can be cancelled any time from the billing portal; you keep every case you have already opened. Charges already made follow the same seven-day rule.

Gifts and boxed editions

An unredeemed gift code is refundable to the buyer within seven days. Once redeemed, the case belongs to the recipient and the seven-day rule runs from redemption. Boxed editions bought from a retailer follow that retailer’s return policy.
