The short version: we collect as little as the game needs, we do not sell it, and there are no third-party advertising trackers anywhere in the product.

What we hold

Your email and a display name, to run your account.
Your play state — which cases you own, what you have found, your verdicts — to let you continue and to grade accusations.
Payment records from Stripe (never your card number, which Stripe holds, not us).
Pseudonymous product events — a case opened, a verdict filed — with no third party involved, used only to understand whether the game works.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data.
We do not run advertising or session-recording trackers.
Our emails carry no tracking pixels.

Processors

We use Supabase (accounts, database), Stripe (payments), the Anthropic API (the interrogation characters — your typed questions are sent to generate a suspect’s reply and are not used to train models), and Resend (transactional email). Each holds only what its job needs.

Deleting your account

Delete it from your account page at any time. We clear your personal details immediately and purge the account within 30 days. Anonymised product events may remain, since they no longer identify you.

Children

The game is for players 16 and older. We do not knowingly hold data on anyone younger.
